Mobile Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly enter and process the necessary data.

• Efficiently complete tasks while meeting established deadlines.

• Comply with safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures set by the company and clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service and aim to exceed customer expectations.

• Carry out work in residential, rural, commercial, and/or industrial environments.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Travel between assignments while ensuring the provision of public safety services.

• Work 8–10 hours each day, with occasional weekends and overtime as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid, unexpired driver's license.

• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology.

• Previous experience as an RV Workcamper is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must be willing to travel nationwide for deployments.

• Required to own a fifth-wheel, travel trailer, or motorhome; camper vans are acceptable if paired with a separate vehicle for workday use.

• A personal vehicle must be available for daily work-related transportation.

• Availability to attend training for 4–5 weeks at a location to be determined.

• Access to a laptop, computer, and internet connection for virtual training purposes.

• Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.

• Experience in customer service is required.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary.

• Must be capable of walking over 3 miles daily.

• Valid vehicle insurance coverage must be provided prior to the commencement of employment.

• Ability to carry a minimum of 10 lbs. of equipment is required.

• Completion of a job application is necessary for consideration.
