Mobile Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical development of mobile solutions, ensuring quality, best practices, and adherence to technical standards.

• Validate technical specifications, conduct code reviews, guide development decisions, and provide mentorship to DevFE/DevBE profiles.

• Facilitate the transition between Android and iOS with a ramp-up sprint.

• Provide support in Web/React or Smart TV in response to demands or peak needs.

• Collaborate with AI agents to delegate FE/BE development tasks, review and validate generated code, identify risks, and prevent technical debt.

• Ensure a clear and effective handoff with UX, QA, and Backend teams, documenting decisions and technical definitions.

• Uphold CP-5/CP-6 standards, promoting test coverage, best practices, performance, and performance budgets.

• Identify opportunities for technical optimization, automation, and the use of AI to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Android and iOS development.

• Ability to transition between both platforms and quickly adapt to new projects.

• Experience in performing code reviews, validating specifications, and defining technical solutions.

• Knowledge of best practices in architecture, testing, performance, and code quality.

• Ability to work collaboratively with UX, QA, Backend, and product teams.

• Experience utilizing AI tools applied to development, including reviewing and validating generated code.

• Capacity to identify technical risks and technical debt while maintaining ownership of solution quality.

• Desirable: experience in Web/React, Smart TV, Compose Multiplatform, advanced streaming/DRM technologies, and AI agents to accelerate the development cycle.
