Mobile Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and execute mobile features from inception to completion across Flutter and native Android/iOS platforms.

• Create reusable components and business functionalities utilizing native device capabilities, REST APIs, and offline conditions.

• Take ownership of the technical design and quality of implemented features, including data flow, edge cases, and testing methodologies.

• Develop integrations that connect cross-platform and native functionalities through platform channels.

• Analyze and resolve production issues, including those that are platform-specific, performance-related, and synchronization challenges.

• Review code and actively contribute to engineering standards, reusable components, and internal tools.

• Engage in technical research, prototyping, and validation of novel capabilities.

• Provide mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers through reviews, collaborative coding, and knowledge sharing.

• Work in partnership with the Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, QA, and Product teams to establish viable technical solutions.

• Occasionally assist in backend (.NET/C#) or web (Angular/TypeScript) components.

• Contribute to AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years focused on mobile development.

• Strong practical experience with Flutter and Dart.

• Proven experience in integrating cross-platform modules with native Android/iOS applications and platform-specific functionalities.

• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow methodologies, such as BLoC.

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design techniques.

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, local data persistence, and offline/synchronization scenarios.

• Knowledge of at least one native mobile technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.

• Strong testing methodologies, including unit and widget testing practices.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, automated testing, and static code analysis.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, or a keen interest in this domain.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

• Nice to have: Experience in backend development (C#/.NET) or web technologies (Angular/TypeScript).

• Nice to have: SDK development, packaging, linting, and unit testing capabilities.

• Nice to have: Experience with metadata- or schema-driven UI design.

• Nice to have: Background in CRM, ERP, field service, or data-intensive enterprise mobile applications.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of native device capabilities and integrations, real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, and localization.

• Nice to have: Experience in enterprise mobility, including MDM/MAM, enterprise distribution, and corporate security requirements.
