Mobile Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and execute mobile features from start to finish across Flutter and the native Android/iOS platforms.

• Create reusable components and business functionalities utilizing native device features, REST APIs, and offline scenarios.

• Take ownership of technical design and quality, ensuring proper data flow, handling edge cases, and conducting thorough testing.

• Develop integrations between cross-platform and native capabilities through platform channels.

• Investigate and resolve production challenges, including platform-specific, performance, and synchronization issues.

• Review code and contribute to engineering standards, reusable components, and internal tools.

• Engage in technical research, prototyping, and the validation of new functionalities.

• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, QA, and Product teams on technical solutions.

• Occasionally contribute to backend (.NET/C#) or web (Angular/TypeScript) components.

• Contribute to AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in mobile development.

• Strong practical experience with Flutter and Dart.

• Experience in integrating cross-platform modules with native Android/iOS applications and platform-specific functionalities.

• Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow, such as BLoC.

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design.

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, and offline/synchronization scenarios.

• Knowledge of at least one native mobile technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.

• Strong testing practices, including unit and widget testing.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis.

• Practical exposure to AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, or a strong interest in this area.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

• Nice to have: Experience in backend (C#/.NET) or web (Angular/TypeScript) development.

• Nice to have: SDK development, packaging, linting, and unit testing experience.

• Nice to have: Experience with metadata- or schema-driven UI.

• Nice to have: Background in CRM, ERP, field service, or other data-intensive enterprise mobile applications.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with native device capabilities and integrations, real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, and localization.

• Nice to have: Experience in enterprise mobility, including MDM/MAM, enterprise distribution, and corporate security requirements.
