Mobile Application Development and AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain mobile applications utilizing React Native, ensuring integration with Firebase services.

• Employ AI-driven tools like GitHub Copilot or Cline to streamline coding, code reviews, and testing processes.

• Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate effectively in an agile setting, emphasizing scalability while maintaining clean and well-documented code.

• Implement best practices regarding security, performance, and user experience.

• Seamlessly integrate and utilize Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.

• Maintain thorough documentation of the development process.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of mobile development workflows with AI support.

• Create or integrate embedded AI or API-based solutions for various functionalities, including image, voice, and biometric recognition; chatbots; machine learning; predictive analytics; natural language processing; sentiment analysis; recommendation systems; personalization; and user engagement based on behavioral insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology.

• A postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, such as a specialization, master's degree, or doctoral degree, with a minimum of 360 hours of coursework.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of Information Technology.

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in mobile application development.

• Proven track record in developing mobile applications using React Native.

• Experience with AI-powered coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot or Cline in VS Code.

• Proficient in integrating solutions with Firebase, covering notifications, Cloud Functions, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools.

• Relevant certifications, such as the React Native Developer Certificate and Google Firebase Developer Certification.

• Understanding of mobile UX/UI patterns and design systems.

• Knowledge of Firebase Extensions, Firestore Rules, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.

• Previous involvement in projects catering to a large user base.

• Experience working on projects that feature behavior-driven functionality.
