Mobile App Head of Growth, Monetization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assume complete accountability for growth and monetization initiatives, overseeing everything from strategy to execution utilizing AI agents and automated workflows.

• Create scalable, AI-driven campaigns for acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling.

• Establish measurable campaign objectives and leverage AI to track ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time.

• Enhance campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys through AI-driven analytics and automated experimentation.

• Ensure uniform execution across all marketing channels, with AI managing messaging, creative content, and delivery at scale.

• Examine user behavior, market trends, and competitor tactics using AI to identify potential opportunities.

• Spearhead process enhancements to streamline growth operations, making them efficient, repeatable, and automated.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to execute high-impact features.

• Determine where AI can operate autonomously and where human oversight is necessary.

• Clearly document strategies, systems, and outcomes to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Construct an AI-driven growth and monetization engine for Arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth, monetization, or serving as a CMO/marketing lead, utilizing AI to achieve results.

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar business environment.

• Experience in apps and performance marketing is advantageous.

• Practical experience with AI tools: LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design.

• Strong analytical abilities in pricing, conversion optimization, and ROI-centered campaign management.

• Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Passionate about measurable outcomes and clear KPIs.

• Prefer working autonomously and taking ownership of results.

• Skilled at developing AI systems that execute growth strategies with accuracy and foresight.

• Enjoy prioritizing actions that yield maximum impact.

• Capable of creating order from complexity and defining processes as necessary.

• Effective communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in German or Russian is a plus.
