MLOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• 2–4 years of practical experience in software/data/ML engineering within production settings

• Proficient in Python, delivering clean, production-ready code (not limited to notebooks); excellent problem-solving skills and a quick grasp of MLOps practices

• Experience in developing and deploying APIs/services (using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks) along with a solid understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) for hosting and serving

• Familiarity with the complete ML lifecycle, including training versus inference pipelines, deployment, and monitoring processes

• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with PySpark; experience with Databricks or similar platforms, with the capability to read, refactor, and adapt code for different environments

• Understanding of CI/CD and version control basics (Git, testing, rollback); knowledge of Docker; strong sense of ownership and adaptability with a broad, evolving scope and global stakeholders

• Prior hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, model registries, drift detection, ML observability)

• Experience in operational support for GenAI or LLM workloads (including model serving, inference pipelines, and cost/performance optimization)

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline

• 2–4 years of applicable hands-on experience; candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority
