Senior Machine Learning Architect – AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design the foundational architecture for Machine Learning services on AWS

• Participate in the configuration and implementation of Amazon SageMaker

• Work with SageMaker AI and SageMaker Unified Studio

• Establish guidelines for development, training, deployment, and monitoring environments for models

• Engage in the setup and utilization of Amazon Neptune for Machine Learning and graph-related use cases

• Define best practices regarding security, IAM, permissions, networking, costs, scalability, and operations

• Support the technical team in architectural decisions related to AI, Machine Learning, and Graph technologies

• Contribute to the design of architectures suited for production models and, where applicable, MLOps practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Architect / Cloud Architect in AWS

• Solid experience or knowledge of Amazon SageMaker

• Understanding of SageMaker AI and SageMaker Unified Studio

• Familiarity with Amazon Neptune

• Experience working with Machine Learning architectures in the cloud

• Knowledge of AWS IAM, security, networking, permissions, and cost management

• Ability to participate in architectural decisions and provide technical support to development teams

• Experience with scalable and operable cloud architectures

• Experience with Graph Machine Learning is a plus

• Experience developing or working with Graph Neural Networks (GNN) is a plus

• Advanced experience with Amazon Neptune is a plus

• Experience designing comprehensive model monitoring strategies is a plus

• Experience working with Machine Learning solutions in high-scale production environments is a plus
