Mitigation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.

• Adhere to Paul Davis and industry standards under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Keep a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle.

• Maintain company tools and equipment.

• Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

• Support warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.

• Assist fellow team members and take on leadership roles when necessary.

• Restore properties impacted by floods, fires, and other calamities.

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

• Capability to frequently lift up to 75 LBS.

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Availability to work any hour of the day with prior notice for on-call duties.

• IICRC certifications required: WRT, ASD, Odor, Mold, Fire, and Smoke (please include certifications in your application).

• Customer service experience is preferred in the application.
