Mission Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Insider Risk Program under the guidance of the Insider Risk Program Manager.

• Conduct insider risk assessments, develop analytical products, evaluate supply risks, and manage potential insider threat activities.

• Analyze, correlate, and review OSINT, CYBINT, and proprietary commercial intelligence related to threats against US Critical Infrastructure.

• Provide analytical support for investigations, operations, damage evaluations, and intelligence inquiries pertaining to Insider Risk.

• Detect leads and anomalies.

• Incorporate User Activity Monitoring (UAM), User Behavior Analysis, retrospective assessments, travel disclosures, and behavioral and technical indicators.

• Execute third-party organizational and vendor risk evaluations and compile vulnerability reports for senior management.

• Conduct cyber due diligence encompassing technology stacks, domains, subdomains, DNS, WHOIS, IP addresses, cyber supply chains, ransomware risks, financial implications, compromised credentials, and high-risk assets.

• Prepare intelligence reports, formal analytical products, FOCI threat advisories, and strategic evaluations.

• Work collaboratively with insider risk analysts and offer technical expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience as a counterintelligence or intelligence analyst in an insider threat program, preferably within a federal or cleared setting.

• Familiarity with NITTF-aligned standards, Counterintelligence, or FBI Insider Threat experience or equivalent benchmarks.

• Experience in supporting federal law enforcement, the intelligence community, or national security initiatives with an emphasis on Critical Infrastructure.

• Completion of accredited Counterintelligence foundational training (e.g., CI Special Agent Course [CISAC], technically trained agent, Counterintelligence All-Source Analysis Course [CIASAC], or similar training from service/agency).

• Desired: Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) certification.

• Possession of a Top Secret clearance.
