Mid/Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain robust Java applications that support both internal and external business functions.

• Collect requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and convert them into technical specifications.

• Develop new features, enhancements, and resolve bugs while adhering to coding best practices.

• Engage in code reviews to enhance code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Diagnose and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

• Work in conjunction with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Java Developer.

• Comprehensive understanding of Java programming and development frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Significant hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

• Acquainted with PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
