Middle Python Developer – ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mali, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and execute features based on LLMs and RAG pipelines, spanning from data ingestion to answer generation.

• Develop and enhance retrieval systems utilizing vector embeddings alongside hybrid semantic and keyword searches.

• Process, cleanse, and organize source data to boost the precision and relevance of AI-generated outputs.

• Assess model quality, explore innovative methodologies, and implement verified solutions into production.

• Collaborate closely with the team to integrate AI components into the broader platform.

• Take ownership of changes throughout the entire process, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Operate autonomously while proactively communicating any obstacles, questions regarding scope, and technical trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in commercial software development.

• More than 2 years of involvement in AI/ML projects.

• Proficient in Python with practical implementation experience.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and contemporary AI technologies.

• Familiarity with RAG architecture, vector embeddings, and hybrid search methodologies.

• Experience in information processing aimed at enhancing AI quality, encompassing data preparation, chunking, metadata enrichment, and relevance tuning.

• Capacity to work independently and assume responsibility for tasks from design to deployment.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Experience with knowledge graphs or graph databases is a plus.

• A background in the telecommunications sector is also a plus.
