This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist the divisional sales team in expanding Light Commercial, RAQA, Multi-Family, VRV, and certain large custom home projects.
• Offer product selection and quoting assistance.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating all involved parties.
• Provide customers, sales teams, and branch teams with accurate project and product details.
• Prepare projects for closure through final reviews, documentation in CRM, and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate submittals that fulfill project specifications.
• Coordinate with Customer TSMs, Sales Leadership, Technical Support Managers, Credit Department, and other staff for equipment deliveries, project evaluations, and startup support.
• Monitor project opportunities and rectify any missing information or discrepancies in Salesforce.
• Prepare, send, modify, and upload approved submittals; liaise with vendors and contractors regarding changes and rejections.
• Input project data into Salesforce and track delivery, training, and assisted startup timelines.
• Generate cost estimates by evaluating proposals and project requirements.
• Determine equipment needs and system specifications in collaboration with customers, TSMs, and Application Specialists.
• Plan and adjust product configurations to align with customer requirements.
• Suggest enhanced products or equipment to lower costs or boost efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
• Report to the Manager of the Middle Market Team.
• 3-5 years of experience in the industry or a related field.
• HVAC certification and expertise in technical applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Capable of communicating clearly and professionally in writing, verbally, via phone, email, and text.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Skills in project management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and adapt to changes.
• Committed to following company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Ability to occasionally lift 20 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
