Middle Frontend Developer, React.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop clean and comprehensible code adhering to industry best practices

• Grasp the business domain associated with the product

• Enhance product design from a technical viewpoint

• Engage in discussions regarding implementation specifics

• Take part in project conversations and suggest solutions

• Attend client meetings to comprehend their requirements and offer solutions after team consultation

• Share valuable insights with the team

• Troubleshoot issues and concentrate on finding solutions

• Assist fellow developers by imparting knowledge and recommending improved solutions

• Perform peer code reviews

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience with React, utilized in creating intricate dashboards or customized solutions

• Familiarity with React-based frameworks like Next or TanStack Start

• Proficient in TypeScript and Docker containers

• Skilled in configuring Webpack, Babel, or similar tools

• Experience in testing React applications

• Understanding of REST APIs using contemporary tools such as React Query

• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and its best practices

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, critically assessing AI outputs, refining workflows, and broadening use case knowledge

• B2 level proficiency in English

• C1 level proficiency in Polish

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and constructively

• Proactive approach

• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus

• Contributions to open-source projects are a bonus
