Mid-Level UX/UI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop technological solutions aimed at enhancing the user experience of a software product or service.

• Specify characteristics and designs for user interfaces.

• Convey technical details effectively to the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a higher education qualification (technology degree, undergraduate degree, or a lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology.

• Proven experience as a Mid-Level UX/UI Analyst and familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced Design Systems, prototyping, variables, and dynamic components.

• Solid practical and technical understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and React.

• Technical application of WCAG standards and experience with automated auditing tools.

• Experience integrating AI for design automation (DesignOps), asset generation, and workflow enhancement.
