Mid-Level UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of features and user journeys from inception to completion, exercising autonomy.

• Engage actively in team rituals and sessions for sharing references.

• Align design choices with product objectives, technical viability, and business results.

• Utilize AI tools throughout the workflow, from research to prototyping and validation.

• Contribute to the Design System, promoting consistency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing B2B digital products, demonstrating a strong grasp of UX and UI.

• Capability to approach design in a comprehensive manner by integrating user needs, business objectives, and technology.

• Knowledge of generative AI and agentic systems as they apply to products.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools, including Figma, VS Code, and Claude Code.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting and justifying design proposals.

• A portfolio showcasing reasoning, process, and decision-making—not merely screen designs.

• Preferred: experience in B2B software for companies and/or accounting firms.

• Preferred: understanding of tax, accounting, or fiscal regulations.

• Preferred: familiarity with the daily operations of accountants or tax professionals.

• Must be a resident of Brazil.
