Mid-Level Software Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation of test plans and test cases to guarantee software quality

• Execute both manual and automated testing to ensure the integrity of the software

• Record and monitor issues uncovered during the testing phase

• Collaborate closely with developers to analyze and rectify issues

• Enhance software quality by proposing improvements to testing and software development processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in software testing

• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and processes

• Experience in executing manual tests and utilizing automated testing tools (Cypress.io experience is an advantage)

• Background in documenting bugs and monitoring issues

• Proficiency in a programming language and/or scripting

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Results-driven approach with an emphasis on continuous improvement

• Capability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

• Skillful in managing multiple priorities at once

• Ability to perform under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is preferred
