Mid-Level Software Developer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in medium- and high-complexity projects, focusing on the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.

• Create scalable solutions utilizing Python and Node.js.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and detail requirements.

• Facilitate integrations between systems through RESTful APIs.

• Conduct testing, troubleshoot defects, and enhance application performance.

• Execute system enhancements and corrective maintenance to ensure stability and availability.

• Develop queries and routines for relational databases.

• Innovate Generative AI-driven solutions for automation and decision support.

• Prepare presentations and executive reports for internal clients and stakeholders.

• Work independently to define and implement technical solutions, contributing to the best practices in development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in Python development.

• Significant experience in Node.js development.

• Proficient knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Advanced understanding of SQL.

• Experience in modeling and managing relational databases.

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Proven experience in testing, debugging, and resolving application issues.

• Ability to work independently on medium- and high-complexity projects.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business teams.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technological solutions.

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.

• Ability to present results and KPIs to internal clients.

• Preferred knowledge of LangChain, FastAPI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models such as Llama, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation (LLM-as-a-Judge).

• Experience in developing virtual assistants, intelligent agents, and Generative AI-based solutions.

• Familiarity with Grafana and application metrics monitoring.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• A plus: experience in applying AI to business, distributed architectures, microservices, AI-powered process automation, and digital transformation.
