Mid-Level Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, elicit, analyze, specify, document, and oversee both functional and non-functional system requirements.

• Gather and model business processes to highlight opportunities for enhancement and optimization.

• Create user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and other necessary artifacts for solution development.

• Engage in product backlog refinement, aiding in the prioritization and detailing of demands.

• Serve as a liaison between business areas, the Product Owner, users, and technical teams, ensuring a mutual understanding of requirements.

• Assist in solution design for new products, services, and system enhancements, aligned with business needs and established standards.

• Take part in validating developed solutions, aiding user acceptance testing and confirming compliance with specified requirements.

• Map and document business processes utilizing modeling best practices.

• Lead meetings for requirements elicitation, refinement, and validation with stakeholders.

• Aid in identifying risks, impacts, and dependencies associated with demands.

• Ensure traceability between requirements, features, and delivered solutions.

• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, test analysts, UX professionals, and other members of the agile team.

• Ensure adherence to the technical, methodological, and operational requirements established contractually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements for implementation.

• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and specifying both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Proficiency in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirement artifacts.

• Understanding of agile software development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with requirements elicitation techniques.

• Experience in backlog management and refinement.

• Ability to interact and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills for understanding and modeling business rules.

• Knowledge of user experience (UX).

• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.

• Understanding of business process modeling and documentation (BPM).

• Knowledge of UML.

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying.

• Familiarity with OpenAPI / Swagger.

• Understanding of system integrations and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of application security.

• Experience in software development projects for public-sector organizations.
