Mid-Level Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Propose IT strategies and systems.

• Collect requirements and business rules from clients.

• Lead and engage in client meetings.

• Document inconsistencies found in the product backlogs.

• Log new requests in the product backlogs.

• Ensure product backlogs are maintained and current.

• Define requirements and functionalities to implement systems.

• Provide training on the implemented systems.

• Adhere to quality standards for the processes and routines you manage.

• Evaluate the impact of changes to maintain system integrity.

• Assist in troubleshooting system issues upon request.

• Prepare technical documentation as needed.

• Conduct data modeling activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education, with an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology.

• A minimum of 1 (one) year of demonstrated experience as a Systems or Requirements Analyst, or equivalent, in software solution development projects utilizing agile methodologies.

• Proven expertise and knowledge in SQL.

• Familiarity with data modeling techniques.

• Understanding of programming logic, software engineering processes, and project estimation methodologies.

• Knowledge of function point analysis.

• Prince2 Foundation or higher certification, or certifications as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Developer.

• Scrum certifications must be accredited by Exin, Scrum Alliance, or Scrum.org.
