Mid-Level QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain test automation for REST APIs and microservices utilizing the Karate Framework

• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter or K6, aiding in the analysis of the outcomes

• Assist in the configuration and upkeep of test execution within CI/CD pipelines

• Engage in technical refinement discussions and validation of acceptance criteria

• Aid agile squads in the proactive identification of defects and the continuous enhancement of quality

• Examine logs, troubleshoot failures, and verify API contracts

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure high-quality delivery

• Utilize the core technology stack including Karate, Java, and JMeter/K6

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automation QA professional with an emphasis on API testing

• Proficient in API automation with the Karate Framework

• Experience in testing REST services and microservices

• Familiarity with non-functional testing using JMeter or K6

• Knowledge of Git and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices

• Understanding of BDD principles

• Acquainted with relational databases and SQL queries

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Familiarity with AI technologies
