Mid-Level QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain test automation for REST APIs and microservices utilizing the Karate Framework.

• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter or K6, aiding in the analysis of outcomes.

• Assist in configuring and sustaining test executions within CI/CD pipelines.

• Engage in technical refinement sessions and validate acceptance criteria.

• Aid agile teams in the proactive detection of defects and ongoing quality enhancement.

• Examine logs, investigate failures, and verify API contracts.

• Work collaboratively with developers and other team members to ensure the quality of outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automation QA professional specializing in API testing.

• Proficiency in API automation with the Karate Framework.

• Experience in testing REST services and microservices.

• Familiarity with non-functional testing using JMeter or K6.

• Experience with Git and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.

• Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

• Knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL queries.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts.
