Mid-Level Planning Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee planning and dialer control processes for various teams.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the dialer database, from data extraction in the CRM to import, monitoring, and closure.

• Set up and oversee campaigns, lists, queues, and dialing parameters, ensuring the integrity of the database.

• Generate and track operational reports and metrics, including productivity, database usage, effective contact rates, and conversion rates.

• Examine data to identify operational bottlenecks and discrepancies, suggesting enhancements to boost performance efficiency.

• Act as the intermediary between leadership and the CRM development team by determining needs, coordinating requests, and validating deliverables.

• Recommend enhancements to lead processing and distribution methods, reports, and control tools.

• Assist in planning, control, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, Information Systems, or a similar field.

• Experience in operational and/or strategic planning.

• Familiarity with customer service, call center, telesales, or back-office operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working with targets and performance metrics.

• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, including data extraction and analysis, reporting, field structures, and funnels.

• Familiarity with dialer systems, including list imports, campaign setup, and metric tracking.

• Proficient in advanced Excel features: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, array formulas, and Power Query.

• Experience with Google Workspace: Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into operational enhancements.

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Experience with control desk functions and call center, telesales, or credit operations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with demand management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Notion is a plus.

• Knowledge of macros and VBA is a plus.

• Required equipment for remote work includes a personal computer, stable internet connection, and a camera.
