Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring its availability, security, and compliance standards are met.

• Manage user identities and access utilizing Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).

• Spearhead the implementation, configuration, and continuous management of Microsoft Teams.

• Enhance audio/video settings, perform advanced diagnostics, and monitor the quality of calls and meetings.

• Create routine automations and workflows using PowerShell and Power Automate.

• Develop integrations and custom solutions for Teams through the Microsoft Graph API.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in administering Microsoft 365 services is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated expertise in the implementation, governance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams.

• Extensive experience in managing identities with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.

• Proficiency in addressing complex media issues related to audio, video, and networks within Teams.

• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation pertaining to M365 and Teams.

• Practical experience with the Microsoft Graph API for tool customization.

• Capability to develop automated operational workflows using Power Automate.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
