Mid-level Growth Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement retention and engagement strategies tailored for the active B2B customer segment, utilizing segmentation and behavioral analysis.

• Develop and sustain automated CRM journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on churn prevention and reactivation efforts.

• Track retention metrics including churn rates, recurring cash-in, and product-level engagement.

• Assist in designing and executing A/B tests and growth experiments to validate retention theories.

• Analyze cohorts and identify at-risk segments, collaborating with Customer Success (CS) to anticipate cancellation signals.

• Partner with CS, Data, Marketing, and Product teams to deploy data-driven retention strategies.

• Create performance reports for stakeholders and leadership to assess effectiveness.

• Write SQL queries to extract and join segmentation data for analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention within a B2B or SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable tools, including journeys, automations, and segmentation capabilities.

• Strong SQL knowledge for segment building, analysis, and data extraction purposes.

• Familiarity with key retention metrics such as churn, LTV, NRR, and cohort analysis.

• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests to draw insights.

• Preferred: Previous experience in corporate benefits companies or HR tech.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Python for automating analysis processes.

• Preferred: Prior experience collaborating with CS/Customer Success teams on joint retention initiatives.
