Mid-Level Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes, ensuring organization, precision, and compliance with deadlines.

• Confirm, validate, and process invoices and payment documentation.

• Aid in the scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, service providers, and other financial obligations.

• Monitor contractual deadlines to prevent penalties from late or duplicate payments.

• Issue and manage customer receivables, boletos (bank payment slips), and client invoices.

• Track collection deadlines and assist with collection activities (dunning schedule/collection workflow).

• Record and reconcile receipts while assisting in the analysis of overdue accounts.

• Conduct daily bank account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

• Verify ledger entries, as well as bank fees and charges.

• Support balance management and organize bank statements for accounting closure.

• Report discrepancies and suggest adjustments to relevant departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in accounts payable and/or treasury functions.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial functions).

• Familiarity with financial ERP systems (such as SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, Senior, or similar platforms).

• Understanding of cash flow and treasury management principles.

• Knowledge of bank and accounting reconciliation processes.

• Experience with bank remittance and return files (CNAB).
