Mid-Level Developer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in software coding and design.

• Execute features in accordance with both business and technical specifications.

• Play a key role in the ongoing development of solutions.

• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies, working collaboratively with the team to determine solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to tackle technical challenges.

• Assist in process automation, including CI/CD and automated testing initiatives.

• Guarantee the quality and effectiveness of deliverables.

• Work in one or more areas as required by the service: backend, frontend, or full-stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum of 360 hours).

• Experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Understanding of API development.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).

• Proficient in version control using Git.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Awareness of software quality best practices, including automated testing and CI/CD.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.

• Capable of autonomy, organization, and time management, with a results-driven approach.

• Demonstrates proactivity, adaptability, continuous learning, and a strong sense of accountability.
