Mid-Level Data Analyst – Business Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the company's departments by comprehending their challenges, goals, and necessary decisions.

• Convert commercial, operational, and financial requirements into metrics and analyses.

• Create and maintain dashboards in Metabase.

• Examine the entire funnel, encompassing leads, registrations, published properties, analyses, contracts, and payments.

• Produce analyses on conversion rates, retention, reactivation, and the potential of the customer portfolio.

• Monitor contracts that are generated, signed, active, closed, renewed, and those originating from portability transfers.

• Oversee delinquency, the Aging List, Average Days Past Due, recoveries, and contracts that qualify for negotiation.

• Assist with financial analyses concerning advances, guarantees, repurchases, receivables, and FIDC funds.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the leadership team.

• Detect deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.

• Provide actionable conclusions and recommendations.

• Confirm results with requesters prior to finalizing deliverables.

• Document business rules, data sources, filters, and calculation criteria.

• Keep track of tasks, deadlines, blockers, and deliverables in ClickUp.

• Collaborate with the Data leadership team and the individual responsible for database infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for querying, joining, and validating data.

• Experience with BI tools, preferably Metabase.

• Understanding of data modeling, data processing, and data quality.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Capability to create dashboards and management reports.

• Experience with funnel analysis, conversion rates, retention, and cohort metrics.

• Familiarity with commercial, financial, and operational KPIs.

• Ability to analyze delinquency, Aging Lists, and customer portfolio behavior.

• Proficient in documenting queries, metrics, and business rules.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of Python is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CRMs, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.

• Experience in fintech, proptech, credit, collections, receivables advances, or FIDC is beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent technical education.

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
