This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operation and management of production processes.

• Address and resolve support tickets.

• Oversee and monitor various environments.

• Validate processing activities.

• Carry out operational procedures effectively.

• Analyze and resolve incidents independently.

• Determine root causes of issues.

• Implement enhancements and improvements.

• Communicate with internal and external clients through Jira, Microsoft Teams, and email.

• Track requests and inform about the solutions applied.

• Adhere strictly to standardized processes and take part in regular audits.

• Play a vital role in ensuring the team's service stability, quality, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in using Linux operating systems through the command line.

• Fundamental understanding of SQL.

• Experience working with Linux.

• Familiarity with Shell scripting.

• Experience with MySQL databases.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles.

• Understanding of change management processes.

• Awareness of root cause analysis techniques.

• Familiarity with quality management practices.

• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive mindset.

• Strong sense of urgency.

• Critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret messages for ticket categorization.
