Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and provide support for enterprise business applications utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.

• Take an essential role in modernizing agency operations by delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that enhance business processes, boost operational efficiency, and facilitate economic development initiatives.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to implement applications that support grants management, project management, customer engagement, licensing, workflow automation, reporting, and various other agency business functions.

• Offer functional configuration expertise, custom software development capabilities, systems integration experience, and knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Proficiency in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

• Experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.

• Expertise in building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

• Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems using web services and REST APIs.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.

• Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred.

• Experience with grants management, financial systems, licensing, permitting, or case management applications is preferred.

• Experience working within state government or other public-sector organizations is preferred.

• Experience in supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Experience in implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted Microsoft environments is preferred.
