This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations throughout the organization’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Administer and configure services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Oversee tenant-wide settings, licensing, service health, and facilitate change implementation.
• Develop automated workflows utilizing Power Automate, Graph API, webhooks, and service connectors.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with HRIS, ERP, CRM, security, and productivity systems.
• Establish automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes employing directory synchronization and various identity providers.
• Govern and administer Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and associated Power Platform services.
• Manage environments, licensing, capacity, connectors, DLP policies, and security controls for the platform.
• Set up governance standards that support business-led app development and ensure compliance.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and adoption; provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Implement Entra ID integrations such as SSO, SCIM provisioning, conditional access, and group-based policy automation.
• Support identity lifecycle integrations for onboarding, offboarding, role modifications, and access certifications.
• Design integration pathways to enhance data flow, minimize redundancy, and boost operational efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using M365 tools, SIEM platforms, and auditing capabilities.
• Maintain documentation related to integration architecture, workflows, dependencies, and changes.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, API errors, permission issues, and workflow exceptions.
• Act as an escalation point for M365, Power Platform, identity, security, and interoperability challenges.
• Collaborate with vendors on intricate platform or connector issues.
• Convert business needs into technical integration specifications.
• Foster user adoption via documentation, training, and change management initiatives.
• Engage in data modernization, automation, workflow redesign, and system migration projects.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4–6+ years of experience in systems integration, cloud administration, or enterprise IT.
• Microsoft certifications (MS‑900, SC‑300, AZ‑104, PL‑300, PL‑400).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID identity management, and Power Platform governance and administration.
• Experience in creating and managing APIs, connectors, automation flows, and cross-system data interactions.
• Solid grasp of OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM bridges, and security measures.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in supporting hybrid environments, multi-site organizations, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audit logging, incident response workflows, and enterprise security tools.
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, Managed Environments, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and RESTful services.
• Experience administering or integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Background in process automation or enterprise application architecture is also a plus.
