Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist – SharePoint, Exchange

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Plan and implement migration projects for Microsoft 365, emphasizing SharePoint and Exchange.

• Migrate both on-premises and tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 environments using top-tier migration tools.

• Conduct migration assessments, testing, cutovers, and post-migration validation to ensure successful project execution.

• Address migration issues and tackle technical challenges throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Streamline migration and administrative tasks with PowerShell to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Work alongside project managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality migration projects for enterprise clients.

• Assist enterprise clients across the DACH region in designing and modernizing Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.

• Enhance communication, adoption, and digital workplace experiences utilizing Teams and SharePoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft SharePoint (both Online and/or On-Premises).

• Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations.

• Familiarity with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 migration projects.

• Proficient in using migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.

• Skilled in PowerShell scripting.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English.

• B2/C1 level proficiency in German (preferred).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams (preferred).

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900, or AZ-104 (preferred).
