This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Administer and provide support for Microsoft 365 GCC-High tenants in compliance with federal obligations.
β’ Carry out user and license provisioning as well as de-provisioning within the confines of the GCC High tenant.
β’ Set up and resolve issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
β’ Support Conditional Access policies and address multifactor authentication failures.
β’ Monitor security and compliance indicators, including DLP alerts and Secure Score.
β’ Report findings to the designated technical function owner of the client.
β’ Coordinate the patching and update cycles for Microsoft 365 applications.
β’ Respond to Severity 2 and 3 service disruptions and facilitate escalation to Microsoft Government support.
β’ Halt and escalate activities that require authorization from the client, such as tenant-wide architecture or compliance-impacting changes.
β’ Escalate any suspected unauthorized access, data spillage, or exposure of export-control-sensitive information.
β’ Keep documentation of configurations, changes, and incident history updated.
β’ Adhere to change-management procedures in client environments.
β’ Participate in regular service reviews that focus on security posture, compliance alignment, and operational trends.
β’ Report to the Director of Operations while working under the functional oversight of the clientβs technical function owner.
β’ 3β5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment.
β’ Proficiency with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
β’ Direct experience in a GCC High, GCC, or DoD cloud tenant.
β’ Understanding of the differences between GCC High and commercial Microsoft 365, including feature availability, service endpoints, admin portals, release cadence, and third-party integration support.
β’ Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, and DFARS 252.204-7012.
β’ Experience troubleshooting Conditional Access policies and multifactor authentication issues.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance tools, DLP alert triage, and Secure Score interpretation.
β’ Ability to work within authorization boundaries and escalate matters appropriately.
β’ Experience with incident response procedures in regulated environments, including data spillage escalation protocols.
β’ Background in managed services or multi-client environments, including ticket queue discipline, SLA adherence, and change management.
β’ Proficiency in PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and reporting.
β’ Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or SC-300, or equivalent demonstrated experience, are preferred.
β’ Capability to handle client and company data responsibly.
β’ Ability to comply with information security and change-management policies.
β’ Promptly report any suspected incidents or breaches of policy.
β’ Required security training.
β’ Information security policies and expectations regarding data handling.
β’ A managed services environment that includes SLA and change-management support.
