This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment in the designated territory or region.
• Address or escalate customer concerns and issues to the supervisor, territory manager, or Control Tower.
• Resolve customer problems and incidents by ensuring satisfactory completion or adherence to agreed service levels.
• Work on low-complexity products and services, particularly focusing on financial products and ATMs.
• Conduct minor repairs and replace components in PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers, and front-end POS systems.
• Perform first-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks.
• Assist with site preparation tasks, including cable installation, equipment setup, and minor testing.
• Carry out modular exchanges and unit replacements as necessary.
• Build productive relationships with customers and local account communication channels.
• Represent NCR Atleos positively.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned products.
• Diagnose issues, conduct minor repairs, and replace components at the module level.
• Adhere to safety procedures when working with ATMs and/or financial institutions.
• Manage NCR assets utilized for customer services.
• Maintain inventory of parts and records.
• Generate accurate and timely reports regarding calls, activities, and expenses.
• Collect customer asset information and data necessary for billing or invoicing.
• Handle dispatched service calls on a daily basis or establish a daily schedule based on automated reports.
• Ensure that team productivity targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with the Call Center team via PDA for machine recovery efforts.
• Work with the Security Escort Officer.
• Technical high school diploma.
• Registration with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians).
• Valid driver’s license, Category B or higher.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses).
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Background in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• A+ ITE certification or a degree/diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from a polytechnic institution.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Quick learner of new skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Ability to carry and lift a tool/parts kit weighing between 1–50 lb.
• Ability to bend, squat, and walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.
• Availability to work rotating shifts as needed.
