This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee escalated technical cases that have been referred by front-line support.
• Validate data, conduct thorough analyses, and determine appropriate corrective measures.
• Offer both remote and on-site assistance to dealers and technical teams.
• Ensure repairs on vehicles are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
• Generate organized technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, trends, and potential areas for enhancement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as case aging, recurrence, and first-time fix rates.
• Recognize early warning signs related to product or process challenges.
• Contribute to the development of the technical knowledge base and best practices.
• Aid in the ongoing improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops.
• Robust automotive technical expertise with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs within a dealer, workshop, or OEM setting.
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to pinpoint root causes and recurring vehicle problems.
• Ability to convert OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair directives for workshops.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in explaining intricate technical subjects in an easily understandable manner.
• Collaborative team member with a proactive demeanor and a logical, inquisitive approach.
