📋 Description

• Act as the subject-matter expert for the Account Management and Implementation teams at Meta.

• Identify and resolve issues related to blocked numbers, declines in quality ratings, and rejected templates.

• Provide guidance to clients and agencies regarding campaigns and best practices.

• Transform expertise into training materials and enablement sessions for the team.

• Ensure well-configured campaigns and maintain a healthy WhatsApp channel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the WhatsApp Business API, including handling numbers, templates, quality ratings, and messaging limits.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, encompassing permissions, business verification, and the resolution of restrictions and blocks.

• Understanding of Meta campaigns.

• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients and colleagues from various departments.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests concurrently and prioritize them based on urgency.

• Capability to document processes and develop training materials.

• Preferred: experience in the real estate sector; experience at a performance marketing agency or with multiple advertisers; experience with WhatsApp Business solution providers; background in Customer Success, technical support, or implementation; knowledge of SQL or BI tools; and experience in creating training programs or knowledge bases.
