This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• The selected candidate will participate in designing, developing, enhancing, and implementing software solutions within Pratt & Whitney’s Center of Excellence (COE) for enterprise MES, along with integrations with other enterprise products for our internal Operations customers.

• This position will assist in troubleshooting software application issues, resolving systems integration and compatibility challenges, and managing tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.

• The primary focus includes process planning and manufacturing execution, as well as integration with Pratt and Whitney’s SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions.

• Current strategic initiatives involve supporting the existing Manufacturing, Assembly, and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations, with a future transition to facilitating the roadmap for MES by deploying next-generation solutions across value streams, implementing new sites, and integrating new technologies for IIOT and Industry 4.0.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of experience in the aforementioned fields; OR an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related area coupled with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in system testing and coordination.

• Ability to support process mapping and solution design.

• Experience working within an Agile methodology.

• Familiarity with JIRA for DevOps management support.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (due to Government contractual obligations).
