📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content pertaining to M&A scenarios.

• Assess the validity of financial and legal reasoning.

• Document any performance gaps identified.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance prompts, frameworks, and evaluation criteria.

• Engage with advanced AI systems on financial modeling, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategies, transaction documentation, and corporate governance.

• Analyze model outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and practical applicability.

• Identify opportunities to enhance reasoning and analytical depth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

• Extensive knowledge in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.

• Strong understanding of the legal and financial frameworks governing transactions.

• Familiarity with financial modeling, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategies, transaction documentation, and corporate governance.

• A law degree (JD or equivalent) is mandatory.

• Profound familiarity with M&A principles.

• Excellent analytical communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex deal concepts clearly.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet, which will be provided by the contractor.
