Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content related to mergers and acquisitions scenarios.

• Assess the accuracy of financial and legal reasoning.

• Record any performance deficiencies.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance prompts, frameworks, and evaluation standards.

• Examine AI model outputs for precision, logic, and real-world applicability.

• Spot opportunities for improving reasoning and analytical depth.

• Assist in training AI tools that aid finance, strategy, and legal professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

• Extensive knowledge in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.

• Strong understanding of the legal and financial frameworks governing transactions.

• Knowledgeable in financial modeling, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategies, transaction documentation, and corporate governance.

• A law degree (JD or equivalent) is mandatory.

• Profound familiarity with M&A principles.

• Excellent analytical communication skills with the ability to clarify complex deal concepts accurately.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet is required.
