Merchant Services Client Solution Manager II – Corporate & Institutional Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team dedicated to managing the daily client experience and ensuring the long-term viability of the portfolio.

• Responsible for your team's service delivery, safeguarding revenue, retaining clients, and discovering growth prospects within an assigned group of existing Merchant Services clients.

• Manage and nurture a team of Relationship Management and Service Support professionals who assist clients after the sale.

• Establish clear expectations, coach performance, and hold the team responsible for achieving client experience outcomes, service consistency, issue resolution, revenue safeguarding, and portfolio expansion.

• Ensure that tasks are prioritized appropriately and executed consistently throughout the client lifecycle.

• Guide your team in recognizing interchange impacts, pricing factors, and solution design opportunities that protect revenue, address client issues, and foster sustainable portfolio growth.

• Act as a trusted service partner and escalation contact for clients.

• Collaborate closely with internal Operations, Technology, Risk, and Implementation teams to resolve intricate Merchant Services challenges, minimize disruptions, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchant Services.

• Proficient understanding of interchange, pricing structures, and Merchant Services solutions.

• Prior experience in leading service teams, mentoring peers, and managing escalations within a Merchant Services context.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of previous management experience is generally required.

• Must possess fluency in English.
