Merchandising Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee teams of supervisors and field representatives.

• Guarantee exceptional performance at points of sale and attainment of Perfect Store KPIs.

• Lead and cultivate high-performing teams.

• Manage product replenishment efforts and minimize out-of-stock situations.

• Execute merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility in retail environments.

• Oversee execution, product availability, shelf share, secondary displays, and compliance with promotional KPIs.

• Transform field insights into actionable plans to boost sales and business outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with commercial, customer, and operations teams.

• Ensure a remarkable consumer journey while fostering sustainable business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Brasília, Cuiabá, Goiânia, or Palmas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in a merchandising coordination or leadership capacity.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising.

• Strong capability to manage outsourced teams indirectly.

• Experience in field operations, in-store execution, and managing field representatives.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across various departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with the Involves platform is an advantage.

• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is preferred.

• Background in merchandising, trade marketing, or promotional agencies is a plus.

• Experience working with clients such as Atacadão, Assaí, and regional retailers is preferred.

• Knowledge of execution and Perfect Store KPIs is desirable.

• Must be a local candidate with authorization to work in Brazil; relocation assistance is not available.
