Merchandiser – Western Île-de-France

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal coverage across the designated store network

• Secure product listings and ensure effective distribution (numeric distribution)

• Implement merchandising strategies (secondary placements and visibility enhancements)

• Optimize the volume and positioning of promotional displays

• Oversee the management of high-priority Christmas promotional stands

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities

• Prepare reports and deliver competitive intelligence insights to management

• Enhance market share while adhering to the sales policy and specific retailer agreements

• Collaborate closely with an experienced Area Sales Manager

• A valid driver's license is mandatory

• Daily travel is essential

• Proven successful experience in mass-market retail

• Familiarity with in-store operations is required
