Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Visit a variety of retail locations.

• Arrange and display Dyson products in an attractive manner.

• Equip store personnel with product knowledge directly on site.

• Collaborate with the Area Manager to efficiently and cost-effectively plan routes.

• Determine effective marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.

• Prepare maintenance cases prior to store visits.

• Execute minor repairs on site, including replacing defective lighting elements or damaged displays.

• Address inquiries from retailers and customers.

• Act as a representative for Dyson within stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a Retail Salesperson, Visual Merchandiser, Sales Associate, or a related qualification.

• Practical skills for performing minor repairs.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Genuine interest in Dyson’s innovative products and technology.

• Eagerness to contribute ideas and provide constructive feedback.

• Creativity, strong communication abilities, and an outgoing demeanor.

• Capability to inspire enthusiasm for Dyson among diverse individuals, regardless of their background or personality.
