Store Opening Specialist, Visual Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist all visual merchandising activities related to the opening of new stores.

• Ensure product presentation aligns with customer focus and adheres to PEPCO standards.

• Aid existing locations in executing visual merchandising strategies and addressing operational challenges.

• Facilitate regular training sessions for store personnel.

• Guarantee uniform application of visual merchandising guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with stores as well as the international headquarters.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of current processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in visual merchandising, store launches, or a similar position.

• Background in retail, preferably within the textiles, fashion, or discount industries.

• Strong organizational capabilities and outstanding communication skills.

• Ability to effectively assist various teams during new store openings and transitions.

• Proficient in German.

• Fluent in English, suitable for business discussions.

• Class B driving license.

• Willingness to engage in regular business travel and store visits across Germany.
