Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Set up and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and more in accordance with the provided planogram and instructions.

• Organize and plan store visits within the designated territory.

• Relay work schedules to support team members as necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as required.

• Establish and nurture robust working relationships with key in-store contacts.

• Complete all shift reporting, including daily reports that will feature photographs of accomplished tasks, submitted online.

• Communicate effectively and perform a variety of calls to stores, such as Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Availability to work within the Monday to Friday timeframe of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.

• Comfortable with travel of up to 160 km from your area.

• Proficient with computers, having access to a PC and internet, with the ability to capture and submit photos of your work.
