This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Set up and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other areas in accordance with the provided planogram and guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate store visits within the designated territory.
• Inform team members of the work schedule when necessary.
• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as needed.
• Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with key contacts in-store.
• Complete all shift reports, including daily summaries that incorporate photographs of accomplished tasks, submitted online.
• Effectively communicate and carry out a range of store visits, including locations such as Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.
• Relevant experience in merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and adhering to deadlines.
• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.
• Comfortable traveling up to 160 kilometers from your area.
• Proficient with computers, having access to a PC and the internet, as well as the capability to capture and submit photos of your work.
