This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other elements in accordance with the provided planogram and instructions.
• Organize and coordinate store visits within the designated territory.
• Relay work schedules to support team members as necessary.
• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training when required.
• Build and nurture effective working relationships with key in-store contacts.
• Complete all shift reporting, including daily reports that feature photographs of accomplished tasks, submitted online.
• Communicate and execute various calls with stores such as Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.
• Relevant merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.
• Comfortable traveling up to 160 kilometers from your region.
• Computer literate with access to a PC and the internet, able to take and submit photos of your work.
