Mental Well-Being Travel Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a single plan sponsor through site visits aimed at educating and promoting the benefits of the Employee Assistance Program.

• Travel for approximately two to three weeks each month within the continental United States.

• Order necessary supplies and communications while maintaining regular contact with warehouse personnel.

• Collaborate with warehouse management, employees, the account team, and HR executives.

• Develop engagement tracking and manage employee inquiries.

• Deliver benefits overviews to designated locations and/or managers.

• Organize training sessions for various locations and perform additional administrative tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role that involves client interaction.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time within the continental United States, averaging around 2-3 weeks per month.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs or mental wellbeing is preferred.

• A growth mindset is desired, including a commitment to personal and professional development.

• Clinical licensure and/or experience in mental wellbeing is preferred.

• Strong public speaking skills are preferred.

• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making is preferred.

• Competence in data tracking and analysis is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to foster and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are preferred.

• Superior execution and delivery capabilities are preferred.

• Skills in collaboration and teamwork are preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
