Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively formulate evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and occasionally substance use disorders.

• Ensure clear and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.

• Utilize Affect’s AI-powered clinical scribe to aid in documentation.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently licensed in Ohio as an LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT; if residing outside Ohio, a license must also be held in that state.

• All credentials must be active, verifiable through the State Board’s website, and confirmed during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth contexts.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills, applying a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Familiarity with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technology.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.
