Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-informed therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions weekly

• Conduct continuous therapy sessions and assessments for new clients

• Allocate approximately 85% of total working hours to direct client care

• Participate in weekly manager check-ins for 1 hour during the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly

• Employ data-driven methods to inform treatment and modify approaches according to client progress

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and make referrals as necessary

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client interactions

• Engage in recruiter and clinical interviews as part of the recruitment process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in Washington D.C. as a LICSW, LIMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Eager and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments, including the PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Availability from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST, with a total of 8 to 24 hours weekly

• Capable of completing documentation within 48 hours of client contact
